Integro’s Team Development Process
Integro has developed a three stage Team Development Process designed to be implemented over a 12 to 18 month period which includes reinforcement sessions and practical applications back in the workplace. The process begins with bench marking the team’s current level of alignment and then focuses on building a high performance team that has a clear focus on results.
