Keith Ayers – Chief Executive officer
Keith Ayers is the CEO of Integro Learning Company and President of Integro Leadership Institute LLC. Keith joined Integro as a consultant in 1977 and took over the ownership of the organisation in 1982. Demand for his programs and expertise in the United States led to him moving to Pennsylvania in August 2001. The US division of Integro now has over 60 certified associates across North America. In 2008, Keith and Integro Leadership Institute were awarded a place in the top 20 for "Best in Leadership Development" by Leadership Excellence Magazine.
Keith is also the author of the book Engagement is Not Enough: You Need Passionate Employees to Achieve Your Dream, published by Elevate in July 2008.

Frank Cahill – Senior Consultant
Frank, who has a doctorate in psychology, has had over 20 years experience working with organisations to develop their leaders, their teams and their organisational culture. Currently working as a senior consultant for the Integro Learning Company, Frank specialises in developing and delivering leadership processes for Australian organisations. In working with leaders and their teams, Frank focuses on three key areas of development; managing self, managing the work environment and building trust.

Brad Jobe – Senior Consultant
Brad joined Integro Learning Company in May 2000 after a long association with Integro as a client.
As a facilitator, Brad demonstrates a strong ability to encourage participation and engagement from all members of the groups with which he works, without imposing his own views. His philosophy when facilitating is that the best solutions come from within the group, and his skill is in helping the group develop solutions and responses to which they are prepared to commit. He does this by using well developed listening and questioning skills.

Lauren AYERS – Marketing director
Lauren joined Integro in 2006 after returning from several years working in the UK. Over the years Lauren has worked in various marketing roles including web development, advertising, publishing and direct marketing. During her time in the UK, Lauren's primary role was in customer service management for a global facilities management company on their IBM account. Prior to making the decision to return to Sydney and join Integro, Lauren was working in an executive support role with accounting firm Ernst & Young in their Global Mobility sector.
Lauren's main role at Integro is as the marketing director, working with the team to deliver a range of marketing initiatives to support our customers, as well as strategic planning for the growth and sustainability of the organisation.
Barry Muncke – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Barry joined Integro in September 2008, bringing his extensive background in sales, business development, corporate relations and client relationship management. He is responsible for establishing and developing mutually beneficial relationships between Integro and its clients, ensuring that companies can achieve their visions with the assistance of Integro’s range of valuable learning and development solutions.
Barry’s career began in 1979, joining the then AMP Society as a sales agent. He operated a successful agency business for more than fifteen years, progressing to become a Certified Financial Planner (Diploma of Financial Planning). Eager for the challenge and experience of working within other industry organisations, Barry sold his practice and accepted a position with IPAC Securities, in Sydney’s CBD. After two and a half years, opportunity knocked again and Barry was appointed as a Senior Consultant role with JB Were, working to develop and promote their new Strategic Planning Service for Private Clients.
Beyond the Financial Services sector, Barry has worked with businesses to grow their local and international markets through direct customer activity and strategic industry alliances. His strengths are establishing and maintaining customer relationships by focusing on customer needs and expectations, duly matched by relevant solutions.
