Intégro Learning Company Privacy Policy

Protecting your Information

The Privacy Act (Private Sector) came into force in December 2001. Integro has always been sensitive to privacy issues and treats very seriously the ongoing trust our distributors and clients have placed in us. This same care is also taken in dealing with clients who make enquiries using the Integro online information service.

Collecting Information

Integro asks for limited and non-sensitive information about distributors and clients so that we can:

  1. Keep distributors informed of any industry issues or news and to pass to them any sales enquiries that may be received from clients;
  2. Ensure that any information requested by members and end users is sent to the right person at the nominated and correct address.

Individual names and details on end users is never passed to any organisation, under any circumstances, nor do we release individual names or details about clients unless specifically requested by a client to do so. We do not, under any circumstances, sell names and addresses to any third party. The only other organisations likely to see clients names and addresses are those whom Integro supply with address labels or individually addressed letters which are to be inserted into Integro authorised mailings.

Storage and Security of Members Information

Members information is stored on a password protected database and our employees are aware of the Privacy Act and have agreed to comply with Integro's policy at all times. However, Integro will not be held accountable for events arising from unauthorised access to client’s company information. You can assist by ensuring the confidentiality of passwords and user identifications is maintained.

Access to Information

You may ask to see the details we hold about you but we do require 24 hours notice. You will be required to identify yourself with acceptable identification and may take away, or be sent, a photocopy of print-out of your information without charge during normal office hours or we can email you details. However, we will not send information to generic email addresses such as sales@, contact@, info@, etc - you must have a personal email address.

Under the Privacy Act we are within our rights to refuse to supply information if it is sought in a vexatious manner or is a matter that may be subject to legal jurisdiction or information that is exchanged or collected during the normal activities of business to business transactions.
